Within 14 days of your purchase, get in touch with the email you bought with and the order or receipt number from Dodo Payments’ email. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love to know. Please don’t send your full card number or license key. The refund is made by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, to the original payment method.
What happens next.
A refund deactivates the license key, and TapNoise stops playing on your Macs the next time it checks the key. Your settings, Tappy, levels and stats stay as they are, in case you come back.
You can also find your purchase in Dodo’s customer portal. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have by law.
