The Help Center and Support page cover installation, permissions, sounds and activation. If you’re still stuck, send your macOS version, TapNoise version and what happens when you try.

For purchase or license questions, use the email you bought with and include the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt. Please don’t send your full license key or card details.

• Find your license key or move it to another Mac.
• Find a receipt in the Dodo customer portal.
• Ask for a refund within 7 days of buying.
